What or who is The Choir?

The truth is that I have no idea what or who The Choir of Spiritual Guides is. I only know for certain that when I'm connecting with them I have thoughts and/or write things that are absolutely not in my head and that seem to be very moving to the people for whom the messages are intended. It's not uncommon for me to find a client in tears during a reading. When I ask about the tears, I learn the emotion comes from a wide variety of internal places: feeling truly seen and understood, having secret dreams and desires brought to light, imagining a life that is different from present unhappiness, joy of being told about a gift.... Readings touch everyone differently. (Spoiler alert: On rare occasion The Choir and I miss the mark. It does happen, but not very often.)

But none of that answers what or who The Choir is. The Choir tells me they are a group of wise elders who are not human but come together to help humans live our lives as they are meant to be lived, with contentment, curiosity, compassion, love, openness. That is, The Choir sees us suffer and try very hard but since they can see the huge scope of our lives in a cosmic, spiritual sense, they know that the things we worry about are usually very small in the big picture. They don't even see death as all that big a deal because, they tell me, there is so much more to existence than we can experience as humans.

I FIRMLY believe, no - I KNOW there is a perfectly reasonable, scientific explanation to the question of who or what The Choir is and why and how they communicate with me. It's just our science hasn't caught up to that yet. After all, scientists used to tell us to the Sun orbited Earth, the world was flat and that it was a good idea to purge sick people of their blood in order to heal them. So I know science will eventually catch up to this, probably long after I'm dead, and it will all make perfect sense. Just like so much of science makes much more sense now we know the Earth revolves around the Sun!

Did you ever see the movie "Interstellar?" When I saw it in the theater I nearly jumped out of my seat to shout "THAT'S JUST LIKE THE CHOIR!"

If you did see the movie, you will remember the scene when Matthew McConaughey has gone through the black hole and ends up in a place where he can see inside his daughter's bedroom and communicates with her by pushing books out of the bookcase in Morse code. That feels like what The Choir is doing, more or less. Maybe they are in a parallel universe? I don't know. All I know is that I'm not making this up and it happens. I would LOVE to get involved with scientists to study this, so if anyone knows a scientist studying weird stuff, send her my way!

Now - back to doing readings, however they happen!
